Quarry Bridge Structural Design and Delivery

Recently, key civil and structural engineering deliverables for the Holme Hall project included:

Superstructure Design: Engineering heavy-duty steel deck girders to support maximum axle loading from quarry haul trucks. Additionally, we incorporated durable surface protection to withstand abrasive material wear.
Abutment & Substructure Engineering: Designing reinforced concrete bridge abutments and foundations. Also, our team evaluated ground conditions to prevent differential settlement under extreme loads.
Site Civils & Access Integration: Engineering smooth approach ramps and heavy haul roads. Simultaneously, we integrated surface water drainage features around the bridge footprint to manage site run-off.
