Kinardochy Substation Earthworks
2022 saw BT Bell involved in the earthworks design for Kinardochy Substation. This involved the design of an 800m long access road, over varied terrain and ground conditions, and a 66,000m2 platform for the substation. Selection of the final platform level critical to balancing cut and fill, and thereby minimising material transported off site.
