BT Bell Consulting Engineers have been working with Breedon and Mabey Bridge at Holme Hall Quarry to design and install a new bridge to carry an existing road over the quarry extension.

The Maltings was an old, largely disused building in Alnwick. The building complex was listed, but parts were in an advanced state of decay and the building had suffered from a number of fires. BT Bell worked with the developer and architect to come up with a scheme for apartments; some converted within the old buildings and some new.
Previously occupied by two detached bungalows, the site at Snow’s Green Road in Shotley Bridge was an engineering challenge. The proposals included two new blocks each containing fifteen luxury apartments on three floors.
Situated in the centre of Corbridge, this prestigious development of 14 apartments within landscaped grounds also has a basement car park.
Built during the 1930’s this large ‘arts and crafts’ style house within view of Bamburgh Castle had become run-down. This development brought the house up to modern standards and added a new wing resulting in 8 apartments with stunning sea views.
